| 1. | From the Prospects page, under Configuration, click Prospect Research Report Templates. The Prospect Research Report Templates page appears. |
| 2. | Select the template you want to change. |
| 3. | Click Edit.The Edit prospect research report template screen appears. |
| 4. | Make any necessary changes. |
| 5. | Click Save to save the template and return to Prospect Research Report Templates page. |
